Coaching effectiveness

The role of an executive coach is to inspire and facilitate enhanced leadership and work performance, self-directed learning and personal growth in their client.

Coaching that is collaborative, solution-oriented and results-driven produces superior outcomes, with research showing that organisations whose executives have been coached demonstrate enhanced performance, productivity and profits.* Many companies report an average return on investment of over five times their coaching investment.

One-on-one

Within a framework of one-on-one structured discussions, a Focused Future coach is able to guide executives toward the realisation and enhancement of their full potential to achieve maximum leadership and performance effectiveness.

Such coaching expands self-awareness and uncovers developmental opportunities. It facilitates and accelerates an integrated, performance enhancing change that is consistent with both organisational objectives and individual goals.

Time limited and structured

Typically, an executive coaching program is designed and delivered over a period of approximately six months, comprising between three to six hours of contact (usually face-to face) per month. A structured timeframe ensures that maximum benefit is gained from the coaching relationship, allowing for sustainable behaviour change to be achieved and become part of the executive’s operational routine.
